Lotto9 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this page carefully before using lotto9's services. By using this platform, you agree to all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the lotto9 platform via lotto9.bio or any associated application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use lotto9's services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the lotto9 platform.
The lotto9 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security
To use lotto9's services in full, you need to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or to claim bonuses repeatedly is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including an active mobile number. Phone number verification is mandatory to activate your account and enable fund withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. lotto9 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their account information.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a lotto9 user, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without authorisation
- Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or manipulate game outcomes
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Transferring funds to other user accounts for money laundering purposes
- Disrupting or damaging the normal operations of the platform or its underlying technical infrastructure
Any violation of the above prohibitions entitles lotto9 to immediately suspend or close your account, forfeit any balance associated with fraudulent activity, and take appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the lotto9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and others), TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfers. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Before the first withdrawal is processed, users are required to complete the account verification process, which includes verifying the registered mobile number. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to the payment method and bank processing time.
Lotto9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for review purposes if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected on the account. Any bonuses or promotional credits received may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the respective promotion terms — please check FAQ page for more details.
Lotto9 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banking institutions or e-wallet operators.

That said, we are committed to maintaining a high level of availability for our services.
Lotto9 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, unless there is proven direct negligence on our part.
Account Suspension and Closure
Lotto9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Violation of any terms in this document
- Requests by relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the specified period
In the event of account closure for valid reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete and no compliance issues are found.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the lotto9 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, icons, and software — is the property of or is copyrighted by lotto9 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, display, or modify any content without prior written consent.

The lotto9 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. lotto9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Lotto9 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the lotto9 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the appropriate legal channels.
